Ruby had the most amazing time at Hocus Pocus Cattery. Joanne kept me updated on her welfare and sent photos. The cattery is in beautiful surroundings and spotless. Ruby was well cared for and will definitely be back. Thanks to Joanne and her team for taking good care of Ruby.

Our cat stayed at Hocus Pocus for a total of 20 days and seemed very happy and content. Jo kept us informed of her wellbeing while we were away and even sent nice pictures! Facilities are excellent, with lots to amuse the cats during their stay.

We left our cat at the Hocus Pocus cat hotel back in August when we went on a family holiday. Cleo was well looked after, we got photos during her stay and at the end of her visit when we picked her up we were then sent a video montage of her stay. An excellent and professional service and we will definitely be booking Cleo in again.

My 3 fur babies stayed at Hocus Pocus for a week, and they were so well looked after. They had lots of strokes and cuddles. Joanne kept us informed of how they were with lots of photos. They looked happy and relaxed. I was then sent their holiday photos. 💕💕. Thank you so much Joanne for everything and I would certainly recommend you to my family and friends.xx

This was the first time our boys had ever stayed away from home. Jo the owner is lovely- she assured me they would be OK and sent daily photos too. The cats accommodation is lovely - clean & bright. They can bring their own beds and toys too. Both cats seemed to have enjoyed their.stsy and were reluctant to get back into their carriers when we came to collect them!! August 2022 and the boys stayed for 11 nights this time. Again both very happy to stay and from the photos and video clips had a great time. Salem who normally is wary of other people loved Joanne. Gives us peace of mind knowing they are well looked after and happy when we are away working at a festival. We booked a last minute break in half term - only after checking the boys could stay at HPCH. As soon as they got out of their boxes they were happy to be there. As ever the video of photos is lovely to receive - amazingly they were even still at some points!!

This is the best cat hotel I have come across. It is immaculately clean with good size cat bedrooms. My senior kitty came home calm, well fed, brushed and very happy after her stay. I received numerous updates and photos on how she was doing throughout her stay which I can't tell you how grateful I was for. I cannot recommend this cat hotel highly enough so please check this place out if you need a top quality, happy and safe place for your kitties. 5 stars all round from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent facilities for our cat, including a very warm area where he snuggled down in his bed. He came back after 2 weeks looking very healthy and happy which was not the case from our previous cattery. We loved the photos that were sent to us whilst we were away. We have already booked again for April and can recommend Hocus Pocus very highly. We feel very confident in leaving our cat with Joanne.

My boys have had several holidays with Joanne at Hocus Pocus Cat Hotel, I was initially very nervous leaving them under someone else's care but Joanne was brilliant with them. One of my cats is incredibly nervous but even he was ease here! It is obvious that Joanne absolutely adores cats and goes the extra mile to make sure they are happy and well cared for. The pens themselves are spacious but feel very cosy (not at all like some of the more clinical looking ones I've seen elsewhere) and there are ramps and places to climb, sneeze screens and lovely views on to the pretty garden. 100% recommended

Jo is fantastic with our two boys, we’d never send them anywhere else. They settle in quickly and have comfortable, immaculately clean and spacey pens to stay in that Jo has kitted out like a home from home. They even got a home made Christmas stocking each this year!! Quick to respond to queries and keeps you updated with how they are when you’re away (if you want!!). Highly recommended, thanks for always looking after Binx and Ralph so well :) ⭐️ 🖤 😻
